About Us

TOLTD LLC was once solely the technology department of Transfer Online, Inc., which has been in business for nine years. During those times, we were responsible for in-house development projects and maintenance. We helped Transfer Online become the most sophisticated stock transfer agent in the world.

Then in late 2006, Transfer Online's owner, Lori Livingston, created a vision for a software development company that would continue to support Transfer Online, however also take on external projects and even host some of them. Thus Transfer Online Technology Development LLC (or TOLTD LLC for short) was born. Most of our work comes through Lori and her extensive network of business contacts in the financial industry and beyond.

In 2008, TOLTD LLC is turning over a new leaf. The creation of this website is just the first step in a new marketing campaign. We're taking on bigger projects and looking to hire more people as we expand operations. We've also partnered with a group of talented developers located abroad who can help us with larger projects at a fraction of the cost.
