About
TOLTD, LLC. was once solely the technology department of Transfer Online, Inc., which has been in business for years. During those times, TOLTD was responsible for in-house development projects and maintenance. TOLTD helped Transfer Online become the most sophisticated stock transfer agent in the world.
Then in late 2006, Transfer Online's owner, Lori Livingston, created a vision for a software development company that would continue to support Transfer Online, however also take on external projects and even host some of them. Thus Transfer Online Technology Development, LLC. (or TOLTD, LLC. for short) was born. Most of TOLTD’s work comes through Lori and her extensive network of business contacts in the financial industry and beyond.
In 2009, TOLTD turned over a new leaf. The creation of this website was just the first step in a new marketing campaign. TOLTD took on bigger projects and hired more developers as it expanded operations. In its strategic partnership with GATE Technologies, TOLTD began to develop the forefront of new electronic trading applications for emerging markets in the field of alternative and illiquid securities. Since then, TOLTD has continued to expand at a rapid pace, further solidifying its position as a world leader in the development of electronic trading platforms for the financial industry.
